- Consent: By using this portal, you provide explicit consent for the collection and processing of this data. You have the right to withdraw consent or request data correction by contacting our Grievance Officer.
- Localization: In compliance with Indian law, all personal data is stored and processed on secure servers located within the territory of India.
2. Payment Security Standards
- Encryption:Our website utilizes TLS 1.2 (or higher) encryption. All data transmitted between your device and our portal is encrypted to prevent unauthorized interception.
- PCI-DSS Compliance: All financial transactions are processed through a PCI-DSS certified payment aggregator.
- Zero Storage of Sensitive Data: Learnovate Enterprises LLP does not store, record, or have access to your Credit/Debit card numbers, CVV, Net Banking credentials, or UPI PINs. All such data is handled exclusively by the authorized bank/payment gateway.
- Tokenization: In line with RBI directives, card details are "tokenized" to ensure that your actual card information is never exposed during or after the transaction.
3.Transactional Integrity & Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)
- MFA Requirement: All digital payments on this portal require Multi-Factor Authentication (e.g., OTP sent to your registered mobile/email) as mandated by the Reserve Bank of India.
- Session Security: For your protection, payment sessions will automatically expire after a period of inactivity. Please do not refresh the page or click "Back" during a live transaction.
- Receipts: Upon successful completion of a transaction, a digital receipt will be generated and sent to your registered email. Please retain this for your records.
4. Prohibited Activities
Users are prohibited from attempting to bypass the security features of the portal, using unauthorized automation tools for payment, or providing fraudulent identification.
Any suspected security breach or unauthorized transaction should be reported immediately.
5. Refund and Cancellation
All refunds for failed or double transactions will be processed back to the original source of payment within 5-7 working days, subject to the policies of the respective banks.
